Where is my e-gift card?
If you cannot find your purchased e-gift card, please checked your junk and spam folders as sometimes they end up there.
If you have paid by EFT please allow at least 1 business days from receipt of payment for them to arrive via email.
Another way to access your e-gift card is via your order history. To find this please click your "Digital Wallet" on your Member Advantage home page.
What to do if you still can't locate your e-gift card
If you still are having trouble locating the cards, you can contact our supplier (Ambassador Card) directly, as they can find your order and update you on its delivery progress.
Please call Ambassador Card on 1300 724 477 or ambassador@ambassadorcard.com.au and quote your order confirmation number.
