Member Advantage runs the benefits program for different Groups and Associations. If you’re having trouble logging into your benefits website please try the steps in this article to troubleshoot the cause.
My email address is not recognised
If you are attempting to activate your account or reset your password and receive the error message "your email address is not recognised or incorrect" please try an alternative work or personal email address.
If you believe you are using the correct email, please contact your Group or Association to determine what email address you have in the system. They will be able to confirm your correct email with Member Advantage and ensure your access to the system.
I never received the reset password email
Are you using a work or hotmail email address to receive the password reset? If so please check your junk and spam folders as sometimes the emails end up there.
If you still have not received your password reset email, please contact our customer care team for further support.
The reset password link doesn't let me in
Check if you are using a work internet system or device as sometimes their firewalls can block the reset function from working correctly.
Try again on a different device, internet browser or internet connection.
SSO Login
If you still cant login please try the below options.
On the bottom of the login screen if you see a button that says "login using SSO" please click it.
This will take you to an alternate login page to login with your union or associations details.
If you don't see this button please visit your member portal and click the link to Member Advantage to be automatically logged in.
