Troubleshooting- How to activate your Member Advantage account
If you haven't received your Activation email or it is out of date you will need to complete a password reset to create a password.
How to reset your password
Step 1:
Click the password reset link found on your benefits website login page.
Step 2:
A new page will load up on your screen. In the email box please enter your registered email address and click on the tab that says Email New Password.
Step 3:
Once you have requested a new password, you will receive an email, which contains a long link chain. Click this link to go to your My Account page.
Please note: the link in the email can only be clicked on once to log in and will lead you to a page where you can set your password. The link will expire after one day and nothing will happen if it's not used. You will then need to click on the password link above again to perform another password reset.
Step 4:
Your Member Advantage benefits account will load up on your screen, please enter a new password in both password boxes.
Step 5:
Once you have entered your new password, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Save Button.
Step 6:
Once you have set and saved your password, click on the logo on the top left of the screen, which will take you to the Member Advantage home screen. You will be logged in from there and set up to use your benefits.
