How to update your details
Member Advantage manage your benefits program and questions related to the benefits.
To update your details and confirm your access to Member Advantage, you will need to contact your Union, Group or Association directly. This is done to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
If your email has been updated with the union, group or association it may still not be updated with Member Advantage.
In this case you will still need to contact them directly and ask them to update it with Member Advantage as all changes must come directly from the union, group or association.
