What to do when your dining benefit is refused
We are sorry to hear of your experience when claiming your dining benefit.
Our partner Ambassador Card have a Restaurant Performance guarantee. So in the rare occurrence that a restaurant refuses to honour the benefit.
Ambassador Card will refund the credit you should have received if you provide the following within 30 days of the refused benefit.
- A copy of an itemised bill,
- Details of the claim
- Your membership details
Please send the above to customercare@memberadvantage.com.au with the subject "refused dining benefit"
Once all the above has been received, we will contact Ambassador Card to arrange a refund to be processed into your account.
If you don't have the above information please still contact us as we can forward this over to our supplier to ensure the restaurant is removed if they are no longer participating.
