Troubleshooting - Government emails
Unfortunately some emails from Member Advantage may not reach a government email address.
This may be due to firewalls set by your group/union or association.
What emails are blocked?
Generally it is automated emails such as a password reset or activation that may not go through.
What to do if you aren't receiving an email from us
If you aren't receiving your password reset or another email from us please contact us directly via customercare@memberadvantage.com.au or via the phone on 1300 853 352.
We can send the email manually which usually avoids this issue or discuss other options such as updating your email to a personal one.
