Doesn't show discount:
Each hotel gets a select number of discounts, this may be why you experience this.
This means that if you add the discount code/password "maoffers" and aren't presented with any discounts that unfortunately the discounts for your chosen location are booked out.
If you don't get the chance to add the discount code or it isn't accepted please contact Member Advantage directly.
Can I make a booking over the phone?
No, unfortunately bookings can no longer be made over the phone. All bookings need to be made online by clicking on the link via the Member Advantage website.
I have called the phone number on my booking confirmation and they cannot locate my booking - Who can I contact?
There may be an alternative contact number on your booking confirmation under your summary of charges. If there is not another contact number, or you require an alternative method of contact, please contact Member Advantage on 1300 853 352 (AU) or 0800 453 244 (NZ) or email customercare@memberadvantage.com.au for assistance.
